What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role you’ll report directly to the Head of Acquisition & Retention. You’ll play a fundamental role in implementing our growth plans and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, guiding on strategies that deliver results-driven omnichannel marketing campaigns and experiences, as well as being the go-to expert for our CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Personalisation within the Marketing team, and a key platform owner in the business.
- Own & champion customer lifecycle strategies & tactics, from planning and ideation through to delivery.
- Build & execute targeted marketing campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email, SMS and push notifications.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations on how to optimise marketing & communication activities.
- Lead key lifecycle marketing activity including identifying user insights, building dynamic audience segments & reporting on user engagement with our brands, products, and applications.
- Support the team to deliver campaigns & initiatives that meet the business’ KPIs and objectives across multiple brands, mastheads, and applications.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud and Personalization
- A working understanding of one or more of HTML, CSS, AMPscript and SQL is highly desirable.
