What It Takes to Be a Customer Relations Consultant with Impact
- You are a natural communicator who thrives on building trust and rapport over the phone and via email
- You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a client-facing role
- You are motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences and understand how to resolve enquiries efficiently and empathetically
- You are organised, methodical, and confident managing a high volume of enquiries
- You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and systems
- Above all, you are motivated by knowing your work makes a real difference for students and families
How You Will Support Families
- Guide parents through their child’s learning needs and recommend the right tutoring and mentoring programs
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while keeping records accurate in our CRM
- Build strong customer relationships that last beyond the first contact
- Resolve enquiries and issues promptly, ensuring every family feels supported and informed
- Play a key role in helping students access the education they need to thrive
Hours and Shifts
We are hiring two Customer Relations Consultants
- Morning Shift: 20 to 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday
- Afternoon and Evening Shift: 20 to 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, starting later in the day and covering evening enquiries
Both roles are fully remote and part-time, giving you stability along with the flexibility to balance work and life.
