We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service & Communication Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communication with customers regarding online store inquiries and after-sales service issues
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with repair/service teams to coordinate after-sales solutions
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in after-sales support, is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to long-term, stable employment
- Must hold a valid work visa or have legal working rights in Australia
