Role - Now:
This role will begin with basic Customer Service and ticket management training with the expectation of moving into Technical Support and repairs. This role will begin as part-time, however successful team members are typically offered full-time equivalent hours based on performance.
Role - Future:
After Technician status is attained, talented staff are offered further training and development into Engineer roles certified with one or more major manufacturer.
Our expectation is that successful candidates will be given the opportunity to move into supervisory or management positions as they become available and as our business grows.
What do you need?
All job-related training is provided - However, you will need a bright and bubbly personality along with a keen eye for details. You must have a thirst for learning and been keen on constant professional development. Experience with Mobile Phone, Tablet, and Wearable repairs is not required but highly advantageous.
Applicants will need to be very well presented and well spoken.

Pay: $25.00 – $40.33 per hour
