Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services are looking for Hospitality Staff to assist with a high-profile sporting event taking place in Jul 2025. We are looking for team members to work at the following locations:

While any customer service experience you have is a bonus, it’s more important to us that you just have a passion for delivering great service to our guests. Along with your excellent communication skills, you’ll need to have a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality coupled with the ability to work in a team-based environment. You also need to be comfortable with basic technology as you’ll be checking-in guests with iPads, scanning their travel documents and verifying their vaccination status - all with a smile on your face while letting them know they’re about to embark on the holiday of a lifetime!
Your responsibilities include:
- Ability to work with minimal direction, proactively engaging and interacting with Guests to answer questions, give directions and other information.
- Perform efficient automated check-in functions on tablets and/or laptops as well as maintaining high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to continuously walk and stand to direct guests for extended periods of time.
- Ability to confidently speak in front of large groups and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to fully commit to an extensive training program and upon completion, a work schedule will be assigned.
