Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and take orders in-store or over the phone
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process payments accurately
- Assist with food prep and packaging during busy times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the service area
- Manage customer complaints or queries in a calm and professional manner
- Restock supplies and assist with closing or opening duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast food environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or takeaway experience is a plus, but not essential
- Availability for shifts including evenings and weekends
