Position: Customer Service & Bagging Assistant
Location: Toleman’s Dry Cleaners, Ashgrove
Availability: Minimum 3 shifts/week (Approx. 17.5hrs) with flexibility for extra shifts
We’re a well-established, family-run dry cleaning business looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in attention to detail, and is keen to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer service:
- Serving customers at the counter: taking in and handing out orders with a smile
- Using our app-based system to manage customer orders (training provided)
Working in the bagging section:
- Quality checking garments
- Matching cleaned items to customer orders
- Organising and storing items for pick-up
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Confident using technology (our point-of-sale system is app-based)
- A team player who takes initiative and is happy to help wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail – you notice the little things that matter
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Some knowledge of clothing types, fabrics, or fashion brands is a bonus (but not essential)
