What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshooting issues and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Managing multiple systems and tasks efficiently while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do Working as part of a supportive team to achieve service excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
- A true passion for delivering outstanding customer service Previous customer service or contact centre experience is a plus
Contract Options
- Fixed Term Contract : Minimum 35 hours/week | $27.17 per hour
- Casual Contract : Flexible hours | $33.96 per hour
Key Details
- Start Date : 16 June 2025
- Roster : Rotating shifts between
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Training :
- 5 days classroom-based (in-office)
- 2 weeks on-the-job (in-office) consolidation
Hybrid Work Model : Work from home available after achieving speed-to-competency
