About You:
Customer Whisperer: Previous customer service and retail experience is your jam.
Communication Maestro: You can charm customers both in writing and verbally.
Tech Guru: Comfortable with computers and MS Office applications. Knowledge of Shopify/Amazon fulfilment/Marketplacer is the cherry on top!
Detail Dynamo: Your attention to detail is so good, it's practically a superpower.
Task Tackler: Managing multiple tasks is your middle name.

We are a fast growing company seeking a mature, reliable, responsible customer service representative who is passionate to grow with us to provide first class customer service to our valued customers and to elevate our brand image with your polished presentation.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
All aspect of customer service but not limited to the following:
- Attend to customer’s enquiries via Phone, email enquiries & live chats
- Processing online orders
- Participating and preparation for trade shows
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail
- Experience in using platforms such as Shopify, inventory management system would be ideal
- Attention to details is a must

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
