Our company is seeking someone who has experience in DATA Entry & Customer Service to join our fast growing Company working within a small team.
A sound knowledge of the English language (including written grammar) is essential .
Knowledge of SAP & EXCEL software is preferred. However, full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
General duties include:
- Point of Call for Pricing / Stock / Order enquiries
- Replying to Customer Email Enquiries
- Data Entering purchase orders and Navigating systems for product, customer & other respective information for swift solutions
- Ability to complete tasks with a level of accuracy
- Adhering to strict in-house policies and procedures
- General administration tasks
