Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our customer service and front counter team. This is a dual-role position where you’ll be the friendly face greeting our customers in-store, as well as a key part of our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Counter Duties:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer pickups and hand over their orders
- Assist with processing web orders and ensuring they are ready for dispatch or pickup
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle warranty return requests, including assessing and logging returned goods
- Coordinate replacements, credits, and communication with suppliers or internal departments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure prompt and professional follow-up on all support cases
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience in customer service, retail, or order processing (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working with computers and basic systems
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks

Expected hours: 38 per week
