The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our team.
This is a casual position, day shift 8.00am start. Between Monday to Friday.
As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
