The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Officer at Cleanaway, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational excellence. Here's what you'll do:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing expert assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service requests, schedule collections, and manage customer accounts.
- Proactively communicate service updates, promotions, and initiatives to our valued customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
