The role
We are seeking two enthusiastic Customer Service Officers who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service through:
- responding to a wide variety of phone and counter enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- entering customer requests and assigning to the appropriate department
- cashiering, data entry and administration duties
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- relevant experience in a busy customer service environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- ability to learn new software programs
- some knowledge of Council operations and the Shire
- high attention to detail and ability to retain a broad scope of knowledge
