Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking full-time Customer Service Officer - Car Park to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary!
Primary tasks include:
- Welcome and assist customers in the car park area during pick-up and return.
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles during pick-up and return.
- Report vehicle damage, discrepancies and fuel level data
- Coordinate with staff to ensure vehicles are parked, cleaned, and ready for customer pick-up.
- Audit vehicles for cleanliness and safety - ensuring vehicles are always rented out in pristine condition
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to learn and operate various software systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to undertake frequent standing, walking and moving all day
- A strong team ethic
- Current, unrestricted driver’s licence
- Basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
All applicants must holder a valid Driver's Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History prior to commencement.
