Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a casual Rental Sales Officer to join our Newcastle team. The position will be part of a rotating roster and includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
- Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
- Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
- Ensuring vehicles are checked in and out in a efficient and effective manner
- Cleaning the inside and outside of our vehicles
- Cross-sales
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

- Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software

All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence. The successful candidate will be required to provide a Traffic History Report prior to commencement.
