The Opportunity
Join our dynamic National Contact Centre team in Revesby as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this fast-paced role, you'll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage web portal enquiries—delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
We’re looking for a customer service professional with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts. This is a permanent role on a day shift, with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete.
Roster: Sunday to Thursday
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded
- Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday – Thursday roster
- Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
- The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
