Northern Rivers Collision Centre is a busy, well-established Smash Repair business in Billinudgel, NSW.
We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team. Candidates must have a current driver's license and motor vehicle industry experience is an advantage.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process of repair services with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to handling customer enquiries, providing accurate information about services, responding to emails, data entry, parts ordering and general administrative tasks.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence and communication via phone
- Be able to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to provide an “above and beyond” approach to each customer’s experience with Northern Rivers Collision Centre.
- Ability to problem solve
