About the Role
We’re looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our Indian food outlet at Crown Casino. As a Customer Service Attendant, you’ll serve food, take orders, handle payments, and help create a great experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with a smile and take food orders.
- Handle payments (cash and card) using a POS system.
- Serve delicious Indian meals and drinks.
- Keep the service and dining area clean and tidy.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Answer customer questions about the menu (we’ll train you!).
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on evenings, weekends, or public holidays.
- Undergraduate students and part-timers are encouraged to apply.
Bonus Points (Prefered)
- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Interest in Indian food and culture.
- Food Handling Certificate (willing to obtain).
