The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Customer Service Agent to support our sales team. You’ll be the go-to person for smooth admin, happy customers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Lodge paperwork with government/industry bodies
- Schedule with sales reps, installers, and customers
- Handle complaints with professionalism
- Update CRMs and track KPIs
- Process invoices and generate daily reports
- Keep everything running like clockwork and suggest ways we can improve!

What You Bring
