The opportunity
We are seeking a talented Data & Insights Analyst to join our team and support our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred aged care services. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, improve care outcomes, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimise dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights across clinical, workforce, and operational data.
- Analyse trends and performance indicators to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and assist in driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Support compliance reporting and contribute to quality improvement activities.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in SQL, Power BI (or similar tools), and data modelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in aged care, healthcare, or a highly regulated environment (desirable but not essential).
- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people.

Other requirements
A current, full drivers licence for the State of Victoria which is appropriate for the type of vehicle being driven and comply with any restrictions on their licence (e.g. wearing glasses).
It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and receive the Flu-Vaccine.
