What role will you play?
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and the achievement of measurable outcomes. Acting as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, you will facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and drive project success.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, testers, and support staff to deliver innovative IT solutions. Additionally, you will optimise delivery processes, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
What you offer
- 3+ years of experience in IT as a Project Manager or Service Operations Manager, managing projects of varying sizes
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end project planning, analysis, change impact assessments, and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including developing stakeholder communication plans and fostering engagement at all levels
- Proficiency in Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence, including intermediate expertise in Jira scripting and automation
- Advanced Excel skills, including scripting, automation, and task management, as well as working knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage project dependencies, and build high-performing teams to achieve project outcomes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to maintain effective stakeholder relationships, manage project risks, and foster collaboration across teams.
