Demolition Labourer – Flatline Demolition
Location: Melbourne and surrounding suburbs | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Flatline Demolition is seeking reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourers to join our experienced team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company that delivers high-quality demolition, asbestos removal, and detailed strip-out services across Victoria.
About the Role
As a Demolition Labourer, you will support a variety of demolition projects in a physically demanding and rewarding role. You will work alongside a skilled crew and report directly to the Site Supervisor. At all times, you will be expected to prioritise safety and comply with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual demolition using hand and power tools
- Loading and removal of materials and debris
- Assisting with machinery and site equipment
- General site clean-up and safety maintenance
- Following instructions to meet project timelines and standards
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- White Card (mandatory)
- Prior experience in demolition, construction, or labouring preferred
- Asbestos awareness training or removal tickets highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and hazard awareness
- Physically fit with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel to various sites
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
