Salary range: $2624.50 to $2759.10 p.f. (CA3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
Provide a caring environment for the treatment of patients and ensure patient confidentiality.
Assist with clinic management including surgery stock control, recording of clinical activity, and maintenance of instruments and equipment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as allocated by the Principal Senior Dental Assistant, to contribute to the overall quality of dental treatment.
Requirements:
Certificate III in Dental Assisting is mandatory for the CA3 position. However, if Certificate III in Dental Assisting has not been completed, then appointment will be at CA2 classification in the Dental Assistant Training position until successful completion of the qualification within 12 months of appointment.
Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a 'working with children check' from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position.
