Dental Assistant – Join Our Brand-New Practice in Vermont, VIC!
Gentle Care Smiles is a modern, privately owned dental clinic opening soon in Vermont, Victoria. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Assistant to be part of our founding team as we bring high-quality general, cosmetic, and orthodontic care – including Invisalign® – to the local community.
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in chairside assisting. Orthodontic experience or training is a bonus, but not essential. You’ll be working closely with our dentists and orthodontic provider in a supportive and respectful environment that values teamwork and patient-centred care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)
- Strong infection control knowledge and attention to detail
- Warm, professional communication and a positive team attitude
- Experience with orthodontic or Invisalign® assisting is highly regarded
- Willingness to grow with the practice and contribute to a great team culture
