We require an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our Team of Front Office Staff,
We require an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are looking for a well-presented friendly and approachable person with a very strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively within a small team.
A can-do attitude and the ability to self-critique is a must for this role.
Dental Receptionist attributes:
- A good communicator,
- Positive & optimistic attitude, ability to provide patients with a great experience,
- Someone who enjoys getting to know people, who is also empathetic and patient with older patients,
- Innovative, adaptive, and flexible, a professional team player,
- Growth mindset, loves to learn and problem-solve,
- Able to attend front office duties,
- Attend to dental accounts and enquiries,
- Knowledge of using online practice management software (any dental software) and HICAPS health fund claims,
- Grow into the role to provide leadership and management.
Dental Assistant attributes:
- Chairside dental assisting for multiple dentists doing a variety of general dentistry procedures,
- Sterilizing and tracking dental instruments,
- Uphold our strict Infection Control,
- Completing daily cleaning checklist,
- Maintaining stock levels for dental surgeries,
- Knowledge/experience of using online dental software,
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred).
