We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Today's Dental.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Casual, 4-5 days per week. Saturdays included.
Location: Crows Nest and Sydney CBD
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, write emails, take payments and schedule appointments
- Provide general administrative support such as filing and scanning
- Assist with organizing and maintaining practice tidiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages
Requirements:
- Proven experience as in a receptionist/ customer service/ hospitality role
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
