Dental Technician – St Lucia Dental

We’re now seeking a talented Dental Technician to bring their expertise to our growing practice.
About the Role:
As our in-house Dental Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting our dentists and specialists with high-quality technical work. Your focus will be on precision, craftsmanship, and ensuring patients receive the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing, repairing, and modifying dental appliances (including crowns, bridges, dentures, and splints)
- Assisting with digital workflows, including 3D printing processes
- Collaborating closely with dentists and other team members on case planning
- Maintaining strict infection control and laboratory standards
- Managing and maintaining equipment, materials, and laboratory records
About You:
- Qualified Dental Technician with relevant certification
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Familiarity with digital dentistry systems highly regarded (but training can be provided)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases at once
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
