We are currently seeking an organised, proactive, and motivated individual to join our Depot in Melbourne. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of depot administration and operations.

Whether you’re seeking a start in logistics or looking to expand on your existing skills, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both administrative and operational areas within the business.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational support functions, including:
- Providing day-to-day support to the Depot Manager and Scheduling Team
- Coordinating and managing general office administration tasks
- Completing daily reconciliations and assisting with end-of-month reporting and documentation
- Offering high-quality customer service and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with operational reporting and processing tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business, including HSSE, Human Resources, Compliance, Fleet, and Finance
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Solid experience in administrative support
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional communication style
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Proven initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in learning new systems and software
- A commitment to upholding workplace safety, compliance, and company policies
