What you'll be responsible for
- Managing administrative tasks, including driver hours and billing reports
- Swiftly resolving customer issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Addressing operational queries from Customer Services, Sales teams, and clients
- Participating in daily driver shift debriefs to capture incidents and issues
- Data entry
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations
What you'll need to be successful
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer literacy and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce
- Talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and negotiation
- Unwavering commitment to health and safety practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
