The Role:
We have an opportunity in our Kalgoorlie Branch for a Depot Supervisor
You will be speaking with our clients over the phone, via email and in person to continue to build strong reputation, reliability, and excellent service to our clients You will be supervising the depot & on road staff, creating quotations, organizing on site appointment, and liaising with clients and other personal relating to the client’s needs.
Some functions include:
· Briefing & Debriefing on road crews
· On site sales inspections
· Communication – clients & staff
· Preparation and submission of quotations.
· Staff supervision
· Email Management
· Task Prioritization
· Monthly reporting
You will be working with great people and will be supported by a team with extensive industry experience. Industry and other required training will be provided.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Removals experience (highly regarded)
- Supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Are competent with computer programs (MS Office) and aptitude to learn other IT systems/programs.
· Excellent time management skills
· Be a self-motivator
· Be professionally presented (Uniform provided)
· Possess or have the ability to attain a Police Check (National Police Certificate)
· Current Drivers Licence
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
