We are very excited to offer a highly sought-after casual Grade 2 Dietitian role to join our Allied Health team at Epworth Freemasons!
Working as part of a small Dietetics team, this Grade 2 role will be responsible for managing the nutritional needs of both inpatients and ambulatory patients. To be successful in this role, you must be a passionate & highly motivated Dietitian, committed to evidence based and multidisciplinary care. Early applications encouraged with advertising to continue until the position is filled.
You will make an impact by:
- Promoting and providing dietetic and nutritional intervention across a range of inpatient wards, including oncology, surgical, general medicine and intensive care unit
- Providing evidence-based nutrition intervention to ambulatory oncology patients
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care using a patient-centred approach
- Actively participate in quality activities ensuring opportunities for improvement are actively explored and best practice is achieved
You will have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an acute setting
- Experience in Oncology and ICU (essential)
- Commitment to best practice and working within a multidisciplinary team
- Well-developed time management, prioritisation and communication skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent degree
- Eligible for full membership with Dietitians Australia (DA)
- Eligible for the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) Program with DA
