Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketer -Google ads specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Reporting to digital marketing manager & managing director. Full mentoring provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies that drive online sales
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting (audience segments) to identify high-potential opportunities.
Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Forecast campaign performance and provide regular updates on progress towards goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
Campaign Management:
Set up, manage, and optimise various Google Ads campaigns of our current accounts (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Youtube ads etc.) This roles strongly focus on Google Ads
Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Implement and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
Set up tracking conversions ( form submissions, add to cart, purchase), strong knowledge on tag manager and making sure reflecting correct data on Google analytics
Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), and Quality Score.
Use Google Analytics to analyse conversion data to inform campaign optimization.
Identify trends and patterns in data to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
Technical Skills & Tools:
Proficient in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking tags.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA) for setting up events, analysing data and user behavior.
Familiarity with Google Search Console (GSC) for identifying technical SEO issues and keyword opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Google Ads certification(s) preferred
Good to have experience on Shopify, web skill, SEO knowledge(SEMRush)
Strong understanding of social media platforms eg: Meta ads manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
