We are looking for a full-time permanent Digitisation Assistant to join our team, 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
What’s a Digitisation Assistant?
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Winnellie, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.
You will:
- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
- Perform high speed scanning of records
- Manage post-processing of scanned images
- Perform quality assurance
- Back up the Service Representative
- Perform client collections/deliveries when required
