We’re on the lookout for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood Educator to join our boutique childcare centre in Earlwood. What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Confident, proactive, and passionate about early childhood education
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the sector
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Your Role Will Include:
- Working closely with Room Leaders and the Educational Leader to deliver a high-quality program
- Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences
- Contributing to observations and documentation of children’s development
- Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families
- Helping maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment
- Being an active, reliable and supportive member of our team
