Support Worker
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality, flexible support to participants across a variety of locations in Melbourne’s western and inner-western suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled worker who is comfortable with travel and committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to NDIS participants in Maidstone, Ascot Vale, Wyndham Vale.
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery and progress.
- Work with participants to promote independence, choice, and control.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other health professionals.
Support Pathways is looking for Support Workers for regular shifts.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- An understanding of the disability/community services sector
- Provide person-centred support
- Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle plus insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and new worker modules
- The legal right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication skills
- Employee Working with Children Check
- Experience with Support Coordination
- First Aid Certificate
