Sync Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Report to the manager and maintain accurate documentation of shifts
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during support sessions
Requirements:
- Valid Blue Card and Yellow Card
- Own reliable transport and a mobile phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
Must be available after school Monday to Friday 430pm-630pm
Successful candidate will have opportunity to access additional hours as work increases.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
