Your Role – Disability Support Worker (Coffs Harbour Region)
We’re on the lookout for incredible Disability Support Workers to join our crew in Coffs Harbour, working across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. With flexible shifts available this is your chance to help people live independently and thrive – all while doing work that truly matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Empowering Lives: Support daily routines like personal care, mobility, and household tasks.
- Promoting Independence: Help our clients build confidence and skills at home and in the community.
- Staying Active: Join in on social, recreational, and community activities.
- Supporting Safely: Assist with medication, documentation, and behaviour support strategies.
- Creating Connection: Be a trusted support person and friendly face in someone’s day.
What Makes You Awesome
- You’ve got heart, empathy, and a positive attitude that’s contagious.
- Experience in Disability or Aged Care? That’s a big plus!
- Hold (or can get) a NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- You’ve got your First Aid & CPR, a driver’s license, and your Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / AIN (especially for high-needs clients).
- You’re confident with communication, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference.
