About the role
- Resolve customer concerns with care, accuracy, and compliance to create a positive experience.
- Handle complaints and disputes with empathy, ensuring compliance and privacy matters are addressed, ensuring adherence to the General Insurance Code of Practice and ASIC Regulatory Guides.
- Prepare and submit AFCA notices with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
- Maintain and oversee Complaint Management Systems, fostering organization and efficiency in tracking and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to enhance processes, drive meaningful improvements, and create better customer outcomes.
- You have a strong background in customer complaints, bringing expertise and a solutions-focused mindset.
- You're adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a passion for making a positive impact.
- You’re a natural organizer, skilled at planning, prioritizing, and balancing multiple tasks with care and efficiency.
