The Venue
Our Cinnabon Victoria production kitchen, strategically located in Yarraville, plays a central role in supporting our expansion efforts across the north and west regions. This purpose-built facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools and machinery, enabling efficient production of high-quality ingredients. It serves as a crucial hub, ensuring a steady supply of key ingredients to our retail stores, helping maintain consistency and quality across all locations. With its capacity to scale production, the kitchen is an integral part of our growing operations, ensuring that each store can meet customer demands with ease.
Days & Hours: Monday to Sunday 7:00am-4:30pm (Shift work)
What you’ll do:
- Prepare, measure, weight, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operating mixers, scales, and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure product consistency and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Support the kitchen team with daily production needs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a bakery, food production, or commercial kitchen (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to handle mixing tasks and ingredients
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Clean Police record
