We are currently seeking interested parties to work as casual Drivers for Special Needs Children.
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting children to and from school using company-provided vehicles.
This casual work is usually carried out during NSW school terms and involves working morning and afternoon split shifts. Successful applicants may be offered up to a maximum of 15 hours of casual work per week relieving staff absences.
Successful applicants must be well presented, be comfortable working with special needs children and their families, have excellent verbal communication skills, and share our core values of teamwork, patience, respect, honesty and integrity. Successful applicants don't have to have prior experience in a related field; however, they must be able to demonstrate that they have the requisite skills to be successful in the role.
All applicants will undergo a rigorous screening process. A clean criminal record and a good driving record is essential. Drink/drug driving offenders or applicants who have lost their license will not be considered. Driver applicants must hold an unrestricted Class C licence or above, and a driving test maybe administered by the company to determine suitability for the Driver role.
After preliminary screening, advancing applicants may be asked to provide documentation regarding their identification, driving record, medical fitness and suitability to work with children.

- Clean Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (paid version)
- Class C Licence or above (Must have held for 2 years or more)
- Current First aid certificate (or willingness to undergo training)
- The ability to use Email and a smart phone.
