We are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll be the go-to person during your shift, responsible for supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and maintaining operational efficiency across departments. This is an ongoing part time role with set 21hours Thursday, Friday & Sunday. (negotiable for the right candidate).
Key Aspects of the role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customers during shifts
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or feedback as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities
- Communicate effectively with senior management and relay operational updates
- Assist in training new staff
- Lead the team by example and create a high energy environment
- Drive servie innovation and guest experience
Skills:
- Approved Manager & RSA
- Food Handler Certificate
- 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with POS
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.12 – $42.18 per hour
