About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate Leader who is looking to take the next step in their career to fill our vacancy of Duty Manager / Gaming Supervisor. This dual role is unique and exciting as you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our large Gaming floor with 500+ machines one day, then managing the entire Club the next (and it is a big venue!)
With additional opportunity in the future for further training with our Gaming Management Development Course, this role will give you the perfect opportunity to be a versatile and a well-rounded Leader of our venue.

This is a frontline management role where you will lead our overall customer experience and manage staff behaviours and performance. This role involves working variable shifts including weekdays and nights, weekends, and public holidays. But don’t worry, your salary will make up for it!
About You:
As a Wenty Leader some of your responsibilities include:
- Leading from the front, ensuring your team understand what it takes to provide exceptional hospitality each shift
- Monitor and enforce RSA, RCG, and Club Compliance obligations, including Responsible Gambling Officer requirements
- Be responsible for the overall day to day operations throughout the Club
- Coordinate, motivate and mentor our staff members
- Report incidents and complete end of shift reports
- Be responsible for providing first aid to team members and customers
- Undertake Fire Warden responsibilities
- Liaise with our Security team on a shift-to-shift basis
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct staff briefings on a shift-to-shift basis
- Ensure we are maintaining a high level of employee and customer engagement
To be a Wenty Leader you will require:
- Fantastic leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A passion for the Hospitality industry
- An ability to build rapport with team members and customers
- Previous leadership experience in ANY related field
- The ability to hold yourself accountable
- 24/7 availability to work a variety of shifts
- Second to none problem solving skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compliance and reporting experience
- A current RSA and RCG competency card
- Senior First Aid certification (preferred but not essential)
