Ultimate Soccer, Western Sydney’s premier small sided football facility, is looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to help us deliver an exceptional football and customer experience. We are seeking someone available to work weeknights, weekends, or both.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, great customer service, and the ability to manage key operational tasks during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily running of the facility during your shift
- Deliver an outstanding football experience for players and visitors
- Supervise and support on-shift staff, including mentoring and training
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage bookings and process payments accurately
- Perform opening and closing duties as a key holder
- Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies
- Cash handling and reporting
About You:
- Previous experience in sports, leisure, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and a can-do, proactive attitude
- Confident managing people and delivering great service in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic admin tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, and managing bookings
- Available for weekend shifts, evening shifts, or both
Desirable:
- First Aid certification
- Experience in football or sports facility operations
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week

Supplementary Pay:
- Penalty rates
