From our Moorabbin HQ we work tirelessly with our partner brands under the Amer Sports ANZ banner (Arc’teryx, Wilson and Atomic) to elevate the world through sport and we are excited to be recruiting for an E-merchandising Specialist to join our Digital Team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital – Salomon, this role is part of a highly effective and driven team of professionals and will elevate our online guest experience through the delivery of merchandising stories, ensuring we have the right products, presented at the right time with the right information.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave vacancy commencing ASAP.

Responsibilities will include:
- Search Spring: Own our merchandising system and be the platform expert
- Product discovery: Optimize product search, recommendations, you may also like (YMAL) and shop the looks
- Product Education: Plan seasonal written and visual educational content, ensuring customers understand our products and the technical features and benefits
- Conversion & UPT: Work with our merchandising team to deliver strategies and bundles to increase units per transaction (UPT) and conversion rate
- Analysis & Reporting: Develop our current KPIs through Search Springs analytics tools, delivering actionable insights to further increase conversion and UPT
- Product Management: Own the go live process for new season articles, the centerpiece of product activation for the digital team
So, who’s keen?
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working with Shopify and visual merchandising strategies, experience with Search Spring is desirable but not essential. An outstanding knowledge within the Australian retail / lifestyle / sporting goods market is essential and the role will appeal to someone who can combine their visual and analytical skillsets together!
