Location: Hazelmere, WA
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and organised Early Careers Lead to coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve our early careers programs. In this role, you will support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of graduates, apprentices, and trainees across Australia. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, educational institutions, and industry partners to build a strong pipeline of emerging talent while promoting Centurion’s employer brand to the next generation of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of early careers programs, including graduate, apprenticeship, and traineeship pathways.
- Manage program logistics such as onboarding, training schedules, learning sessions, and milestone events.
- Act as a key point of contact for early careers participants, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for early careers roles, including advertising, screening, assessment centres, interviews, and offers.
- Build strong relationships with universities, TAFEs, schools, CFC Foundation and other partners to promote Centurion’s opportunities.
- Represent the company at careers fairs, university events, and industry networking sessions.
- Partner with hiring managers to design meaningful rotations, projects, and development experiences.
- Provide coaching and support to managers working with early talent.
- Monitor and report on program metrics such as recruitment outcomes, retention rates, and satisfaction scores.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to broader talent and diversity strategies by supporting inclusion in early careers pathways.
- Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of actions outlined in the Centurion Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in HR, recruitment, learning, or program coordination – ideally with exposure to early talent programs.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with emerging professionals.
- Confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from students to senior leaders.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent development.
Desirable:
- Experience running assessment centres or campus recruitment campaigns.
- Knowledge of learning and development principles or early careers frameworks.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as applicant tracking or learning management platforms.
