What you’ll do:
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage stock, inventory, and key business metrics (labour, COG's, P&L)
- Support the Venue Leader with daily operations, rostering and team development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
