About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Photography Lead to manage our product imagery operations. You'll be responsible for managing the full ecommerce photography workflow – from receiving product and preparing items for shoots, to capturing high-quality images and coordinating post-production.
This role is a perfect blend of creative execution, organisation, and hands-on teamwork, with a direct impact on how our customers engage with our brands online.
Day to Day You Will Be
• Managing the end-to-end ecommerce stock flow using internal systems (POS, AP21).
• Leading all photography-related studio operations and stock inventory processes.
• Preparing products for shooting – including unpacking, steaming apparel, and styling footwear.
• Capturing high-quality product imagery and videos using studio equipment and photobooth software.
• Overseeing post-production with offshore retouching teams to deliver polished, brand-consistent imagery.
• Maintaining an organised filing system, including naming, cataloguing, and archiving assets.
• Identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and uphold quality standards.
• Conducting quarterly stocktakes to minimise product loss and damage.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
