Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current and valid Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Ability to create personalized, fun, and educational programs
- Strong teamwork skills and a desire to build supportive, inclusive relationships
- Experience in early childhood settings and commitment to continuous development
- Familiarity with documentation software and communication tools
