Busy Bees at Torquay is on the lookout for passionate and qualified Educators to join our high-performing team in a beautiful, purpose-built centre. We’re growing, and we’re looking for full-time team members who are ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children every day.

About the Role
As a Full-Time Educator, you will:
- Create and deliver engaging learning experiences based on the EYLF and NQS
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
- Contribute to documentation, planning, and reflective practice
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
- Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support children’s growth
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Previous experience in early learning (preferred)
- Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
